 When you participate directly or indirectly in the copy trading service launched by the platform, you are deemed to agree to and abide by the terms of this service agreement, including any modifications made by BYDFi (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") to the BYDFi User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") from time to time, so please read the following copy trading terms of service carefully.
 
 <h3>Agreement</h3>
 1. User Qualification
 a. Users should be qualified investors who comply with the requirements of the relevant transaction laws and regulations of this agreement.
 b. Users have reached the age of 18 and have full capacity for civil rights and civil conduct. Users also need to have sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the nature and risks of the products to be traded.
 c. You are the legal owner of the funds you add to your BYDFi account; guarantee the legality of the source of funds or digital assets; and do not use the platform to do illegal acts.
 d. Any cryptocurrency withdrawal address you provide is your own, and you have full control over that address.
 
 2. Trading Services
 You should exercise your own care in judging the authenticity, legality, and validity of relevant bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies/information and bear the responsibility and loss arising therefrom. Unless expressly required by law or regulation, the platform is under no obligation to conduct a prior review of all user information, including data, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies' information, transaction behavior, and other matters related to transactions.
 
 3. Disputes and Legal Obligations
 a. In the event of a transaction dispute between you and another user in the course of trading using the Copy Trading Service on the platform, once either you or the other user submits a request to the platform for mediation, the platform shall have the right to make a mediation decision based on unilateral judgment, and you understand and agree to accept the platform's judgment and mediation decision with respect to the transaction dispute.
 
 b. You understand and agree that the platform has the right to provide government departments (including judicial and administrative departments) with necessary information, such as user information and transaction records provided by you to the platform upon request. If you are suspected of infringing the intellectual property rights of others, the platform has the right to provide the necessary identification information to the right holders, regulatory, or legal departments under the condition that a preliminary judgment of the suspected infringement and legal behavior exists.
 
 4. Disclaimer
 a. You understand and agree that the platform shall not be liable for any damages caused by any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to losses in profits, goodwill, use, data, etc., or other intangible losses (whether we have been notified of the possibility of such damages or not); the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that specific members and specific transactions may have major violations of the law or breach of contract. The platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the user's behavior on the platform is suspected of being illegal or improper. Expenses and losses arising from the purchase or acquisition of any data, information, or transactions through platform services or other acts or substitutions; your misunderstanding of the platform’s documentary service; any other losses related to the platform and services not caused by the platform's documentary service; any partial or total loss caused by your direct or indirect participation in the documentary transaction.
 b. The risks associated with the copy trading feature include, but are not limited to, automated trading operations, where your account can begin and end trades without your manual intervention.
 c. The delayed nature of copy trading may incur high costs, and copy trading may fail.
 d. The investment management service is at your option, and it is your decision to follow a particular trader and/or a particular trading strategy. In making these decisions, you have considered your overall financial situation, including financial planning, and understand that the use of the copy trading feature is highly risky and that you may incur losses that are much greater than the amount you have spent to copy this trader.
 e. The copy trading function we provide is for reference only. If you make investment decisions based on information provided on our website or obtained through copy trading functions, you do so at your own risk.
 f. You should make your own investment decisions. You should make your own independent judgment as to whether investments, strategies, and any other products and services meet your own needs based on your investment objectives and personal and financial circumstances.
 g. You shall be solely responsible for any losses incurred as a result of the automatic execution of operations using the copy trading function.
 h. Any information on the website or provided by the user is intended to provide the public with trading updates and information services for traders and followers.
