Buying cryptocurrency with a Visa or Mastercard is a fast and secure option. BYDFi supports multiple fiat and crypto currencies, allowing you to complete your purchase in just a few easy steps.

Basic Information

• KYC Required: You must complete KYC identity verification before using a credit or debit card
• Supported Fiat Currencies: Over 30 fiat currencies (e.g., USD, EUR, CHF, CAD, AUD)
• Supported Cryptocurrencies: BTC, USDT, and 30+ other cryptos
• Transaction Limits: Minimum $50, Maximum $2,000
• Recommend: Debit cards typically have a higher success rate
• Issuer Region & Fees: EEA (European Economic Area): 0.08% per transaction, Non-EEA regions: 2.8% per transaction, UK & USA: 3.5% per transaction
• Additional Tip: Some banks may treat the purchase as a cash advance and charge extra fees

How to Buy Crypto with Credit/Debit Card on BYDFi?

1. Log In to Your BYDFi Account

2. Hover over "Buy Crypto" in the top navigation bar and click "Credit/Debit Card"

3. Enter the Amount

On the buying page, choose the fiat currency you want to use and enter the amount. The system will automatically show the amount of crypto you will receive.

• If you haven’t linked a card, enter your credit/debit card information to bind it
• Note: You may only use cards under your own name. The cardholder’s name must match the name used in your KYC verification
• Additional Verification: Some transactions may require 3D Secure authentication

4. Buy with Linked Card

Once your card is successfully linked, go back to the Buy Crypto page. Enter the amount you want to spend or the amount of crypto you want to receive, click "Buy" and confirm your order. You can choose from your linked cards or add a new one.

5. Complete Payment

Select the card you wish to use, click "Continue" and enter the CVV/CVC security code of your card. After confirming the payment, the crypto will be automatically credited to your Spot Wallet. You can view your balance in the Spot Account section.
