Forgot your BYDFi login password? Don’t worry — you can easily reset it through the app. Follow the steps below to securely regain access to your account.

🔒 Important: Withdrawals will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours after you change your password to protect your account and assets.

How to Reset Your Password on the BYDFi App

1. Go to the Login Page

Open the BYDFi App.
Tap Sign Up / Log In to access the login screen.

On the login page, tap Forgot Password.

3. Enter Your Registered Email or Phone Number

Enter the email address or mobile number you used when creating your account.
Tap Send Code to receive a verification code via email or SMS.

Enter the verification code you received.
Once verified, proceed to the next step.

Create a new secure password.
Confirm and submit to complete the password reset process.

What to Do If You Don't Receive the SMS Verification Code?

If you're unable to receive the SMS verification code:

Check your signal and ensure your phone has proper network coverage.
Wait a few minutes and try resending the code.
Avoid frequent requests, as multiple attempts can lead to delays.
Contact BYDFi Support if the issue persists.

Lost Access to Google Authenticator?

If you’ve lost your Google Authenticator and cannot log in:

Provide your identity verification documents and complete the necessary security checks.
Once verified, you can disable 2FA and reset your password.
