BYDFi API Key Usage Agreement
1. Overview
These API Key Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all users (the “Users”) who access the services of this platform through API keys (the “Keys”). By using the API keys, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms, as well as all applicable platform policies.

4. Responsibilities and Obligations
4.1 Users shall bear full responsibility for any risks or losses resulting from leakage, misuse, or unauthorized use of their API keys.
4.2 The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from API usage, including but not limited to data loss, transaction failures, or system outages.
4.3 Users are strictly prohibited from using the API for any illegal, fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful activities in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 The platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue the API service at any time and shall not be held liable for any resulting losses.
5.2 The platform shall not be responsible for interruptions to the API service caused by force majeure events, hacking incidents, network failures, or other circumstances beyond the platform’s reasonable control.
6. Miscellaneous
