How to Clear Cache and Cookies on Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Edge, and Safari

Google Chrome (Recommended for BYDFi)
1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.
2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
3. Go to More Tools > Delete Browsing Data.
4. Select Time range > choose All time for a full clean.
5. Check the boxes for: Cookies and other site data Cached images and files
6. Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
1. Open Firefox on your computer.
2. Click the menu button (☰) > Settings.
3. Go to the Privacy & Security tab.
4. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
5. Make sure both options are checked: Cookies and Site Data Cached Web Content
6. Click Clear.
Brave Browser
1. Open Brave.
2. Click the menu button (☰) in the top-right corner.
3. Select More Tools > Delete Browsing Data.
4. Choose Time range > All time.
5. Check: Cookies and other site data Cached images and files
6. Click Delete data.
Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
1. Open Edge.
2. Click the three-dot menu (or press Alt + F).
3. Go to Settings.
4. Click Privacy, search, and services in the left sidebar.
5. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
6. Set Time range to All time.
7. Uncheck Browsing history (optional).
8. Ensure these are selected: Cookies and other site data Cached images and files
9. Click Clear now.
Safari (macOS)
1. Open Safari.
2. Click Safari > Settings (or Preferences) from the menu bar.
3. Go to the Privacy tab.
4. Click Manage Website Data.
5. Click Remove All > Remove Now.
