Deposits Haven't Been Credited to Your BYDFi Account (APP)

If your deposit shows as completed on the sending platform but is not reflected in your BYDFi account, there could be several possible reasons. This guide helps you troubleshoot the issue and explains how to contact customer support if needed.


🔍 Common Reasons for Uncredited Deposits

1. Missing Tag or Memo

Some cryptocurrencies—like XRP, EOS, or XLM—require a Tag or Memo in addition to the wallet address.

💡 If the Tag/Memo is missing or incorrect, the deposit may not be automatically credited.


2. Blockchain Confirmation Delays

The transaction might still be pending confirmation on the blockchain.

⏳ Depending on network congestion, some deposits can take longer to process.


3. Deposits via Smart Contract

If you deposited using a smart contract, the system may not recognize the transfer automatically.

4. Unsupported Token Deposits

If you accidentally deposited an unsupported token to a BYDFi wallet, please refer to:

✅ Before Contacting BYDFi, Please Confirm:

1. Correct Deposit Details

  • Ensure you logged in before copying the deposit address.
  • Make sure the deposit amount exceeds the minimum limit required.

2. Status on the Sending Platform

  • Check whether the transaction is marked as Completed or Successful.
  • If the transaction hasn’t been sent successfully, contact the sending platform first.

3. Blockchain Status

  • Confirm that the transaction has sufficient network confirmations and is marked as successful on the blockchain explorer.

If you've verified everything above and your deposit is still not credited, please contact BYDFi Customer Support and prepare the following information:

  • Your UID (BYDFi account number)
  • Transaction Hash (TxID)
  • Screenshot of your sending wallet and transaction details

Take ERC20 as an example:

  1. Visit Etherscan.io
  2. Enter your wallet address or transaction hash in the search bar.
  3. Locate your transaction and copy the TxHash.
