How to Enable and Bind Google Authenticator on BYDFi (APP)
Enhance the security of your BYDFi account by enabling Google Authenticator for two-factor authentication (2FA). Follow the steps below to set it up on the BYDFi mobile app.
✅ How to Enable and Bind Google Authenticator (APP)
1. Open Account Settings
Open the BYDFi app and tap More
2. Go to Security
Select “Security” from the menu options.
3. Enable Google Authenticator
Tap on “Google Authenticator” to begin setup.
Then, click the toggle switch to turn it on.
4. Download the Authenticator App
Download Google Authenticator from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
After installing the app, return to BYDFi and tap “Next”.
5. Scan QR Code or Enter Key
Open Google Authenticator on your phone.

or manually enter the secret key
6. Enter the Verification Code
Google Authenticator will generate a 6-digit verification code.
Enter the code into BYDFi and tap “Confirm” to complete the setup.
📝Don’t Forget to Save Your Backup Key
Write down the backup key shown on the screen and keep it in a safe place.
⚠️ Important: If you lose access to your phone, this backup key will be required to recover your Google Authenticator.
By enabling Google Authenticator on the BYDFi app, you strengthen your account's protection against unauthorized access.
