Dear BYDFi Users,
To protect BYDFi’s brand image and safeguard user interests, and to prevent any potential confusion or misleading information, we would like to make the following clarification:
All BYDFi brand assets—including our name, logo, website content, product information, event materials, and visual designs—are the exclusive property of BYDFi and are legally protected.
No individual or organization is permitted to carry out advertising, marketing, or promotional activities in the name of BYDFi without prior written authorization. The following actions are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Manipulating keywords to trigger searches on portals or search engines that conflict with or misrepresent the official BYDFi website.
- Imitating the look, feel, or wording of the official BYDFi website in an attempt to mislead users or imply affiliation.
- Copying or extracting text or images from BYDFi’s official website, banner ads, text links, search marketing campaigns, or any other online or offline campaigns managed by BYDFi.
- Any action that infringes upon BYDFi’s intellectual property rights.

BYDFi will take appropriate actions based on the severity of any unauthorized use, including but not limited to takedown requests, account suspension, and legal proceedings to protect our brand and users.
