BYDFi ST Warning Rules

To promote a healthier blockchain ecosystem, improve user trading experience and safeguard user interests, BYDFi will regularly monitor and assess all listed projects. Projects meeting any of the following conditions may receive an ST (Special Treatment) warning and may be delisted at BYDFi’s discretion:

Project & Market Performance

1. Current price is below 10% of initial listing price;
2. Price drops more than 60% within 3 days of listing;
3. Fewer than 50 users hold more than $5 of the token in BYDFi;
4. Daily average total holdings below 20,000 USDT for 30 consecutive days;
5. Insufficient liquidity for the project;
6. Average bid-ask spread exceeds 2% for 15 days;
7. Price discrepancy over 15% compared to other CEXs for 15 days;
8. Extreme price volatility.

Project Security

1. Smart contracts or infrastructure contain technical or security vulnerabilities;
2. Potential violation of legal or regulatory requirements;
3. Lacks on-chain maintenance causing transaction failures.

Project Operations

1. Negative news publicly circulating;
2. Project team requests delisting;
3. Project ceases operations (e.g., inaccessible official website, inactive social media accounts);
4. Token supply increases or forks without 15-day prior notice;
5. Any malicious behavior considered by BYDFi, including insider trading, market manipulation or undeclared changes.

Project Team

1. Team members involved in illegal or unethical activities;
2. Content associated with violence, racism, or inappropriate material is shared;
3. Risk of project team dissolution;
4. Project facing liquidation, bankruptcy, or any situation that may lead to insolvency.

Projects under ST warning will be closely reviewed. If found high-risk, they may be delisted within 3 days following the ST warning. Projects that complete proper rectification and no longer meet any ST conditions may have their warning removed at BYDFi’s discretion.
