Clarification on the “Lucky Wheel” Prize Display Error(2025/06/07)
Dear BYDFi Users,
On June 3, due to a configuration error by our operations team, the “Lucky Wheel” event mistakenly displayed the grand prize “Cybertruck” in place of the original consolation message “Thank you for participating.” As a result, dozens of users saw a prompt indicating they had won a Cybertruck.
After investigation, our technical team confirmed that this was purely a front-end display error caused by misconfiguration. The backend system correctly recorded these entries as “Thank you for participating.” The event was taken offline immediately, and technical repairs are currently in progress.
To express our responsibility, we have launched a user compensation initiative:
The first 15 users who were affected and contacted our support team have received 79,900 USDT worth of trading coupons.
From now until June 15, an additional 30 users with verified visual anomalies will receive 7,990 USDT in trading coupons. Please contact our online support and provide relevant screenshots or visual evidence for identity verification.
At BYDFi, we remain committed to delivering a seamless and transparent user experience. We will continue to strengthen our event management process and system stability to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
