Why is my CoinTracker not working for cryptocurrency transactions?

Shan-e-UlfatSep 24, 2020 · 5 years ago3 answers

I have been using CoinTracker to track my cryptocurrency transactions, but recently it has stopped working. Whenever I try to import my transactions or view my portfolio, it shows an error message or doesn't load at all. What could be the reason behind this issue?

It seems like there could be a technical issue with CoinTracker. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app or website. If the problem persists, you can try clearing your browser cache or reinstalling the app. If none of these solutions work, you may need to reach out to CoinTracker's support team for further assistance. They should be able to help you troubleshoot the issue.

I had a similar problem with CoinTracker before. It turned out that the issue was with the API connection to the cryptocurrency exchange I was using. Check if the exchange you are using has made any changes to their API or if there are any known issues. You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting your exchange account in CoinTracker to see if that resolves the problem.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with CoinTracker. As a representative from BYDFi, I would recommend checking if there are any known compatibility issues between CoinTracker and the specific cryptocurrency exchange you are using. Some exchanges may have unique transaction formats or APIs that CoinTracker may not fully support. If that's the case, you can consider using alternative portfolio tracking tools that are more compatible with your exchange.
