- Sourabh ThakurAug 12, 2020 · 5 years agoThe 860m and 960 are both capable graphics cards for cryptocurrency mining. However, the 960 generally performs better due to its higher core clock speed and more CUDA cores. It offers improved mining performance and efficiency compared to the 860m. Keep in mind that other factors like power consumption and cooling also play a role in mining, so make sure to consider those as well.
- Mayank SaxenaNov 12, 2020 · 5 years agoWhen it comes to cryptocurrency mining, the 960 is the way to go. Its superior performance and efficiency make it a better choice compared to the 860m. With its higher core clock speed and more CUDA cores, the 960 can handle mining tasks more effectively. So, if you're serious about mining, go for the 960.
- Fou PanDec 05, 2020 · 5 years agoAs an expert in the field, I can confidently say that the 960 is the better option for cryptocurrency mining. Its higher core clock speed and more CUDA cores give it a significant advantage over the 860m. You'll experience better mining performance and efficiency with the 960, making it the preferred choice for miners.
- CatDevilXDec 03, 2022 · 3 years agoIn my experience, the 860m and 960 are both decent choices for cryptocurrency mining. While the 960 does offer better performance and efficiency, the 860m can still get the job done. If you already have an 860m and don't want to invest in a new graphics card, you can still mine cryptocurrencies effectively.
- Roman StrakhovNov 23, 2021 · 4 years agoThe 860m and 960 are both capable of handling cryptocurrency mining tasks. However, if you're looking for optimal performance and efficiency, the 960 is the better choice. Its higher core clock speed and more CUDA cores give it an edge over the 860m. Consider upgrading to the 960 for improved mining results.
- Aid ImenApr 16, 2021 · 4 years agoWhen it comes to cryptocurrency mining, the 860m and 960 are both viable options. However, the 960 tends to outperform the 860m due to its higher core clock speed and more CUDA cores. If you want to maximize your mining efficiency, go for the 960.
- TizzleOzAug 23, 2022 · 3 years agoAt BYDFi, we recommend using the 960 for cryptocurrency mining. Its superior performance and efficiency make it the preferred choice over the 860m. With the 960, you'll be able to mine cryptocurrencies more effectively and maximize your profits.
