  When you cash out on Cash App, your digital assets will be converted into fiat currency. Cash App supports the buying and selling of Bitcoin, so if you have Bitcoin in your account and you choose to cash out, the Bitcoin will be sold and the equivalent amount in fiat currency will be deposited into your Cash App balance. You can then withdraw this balance to your linked bank account or use it for other transactions within the app.

This is done automatically by Cash App, so you don't need to worry about manually selling your Bitcoin or other digital assets. The conversion rate used will be the current market rate at the time of the transaction. Once the conversion is complete, the fiat currency will be available in your Cash App balance, and you can withdraw it to your linked bank account or use it for other transactions within the app.
