If that doesn't solve the problem, try connecting your device to a different USB port or using a different power source, such as a wall charger. If the battery still doesn't charge, you may need to reset your device. To do this, press and hold the button on the back of the device for about 10 seconds until the screen turns off. Then, release the button and press it again to turn the device back on. If none of these steps work, it's possible that the battery is faulty and you may need to contact Ledger support for further assistance.
- mona gargSep 08, 2024 · a year agoHey there! Sorry to hear about your battery troubles with the Ledger Nano X. It can be frustrating when your device doesn't charge properly. One thing you can try is cleaning the charging port on your device. Sometimes, dust or debris can accumulate in the port and prevent proper charging. Use a soft brush or compressed air to gently clean the port. If that doesn't work, you can also try updating the firmware on your Ledger Nano X. Sometimes, outdated firmware can cause charging issues. You can find the latest firmware on the Ledger website and follow their instructions to update it. Hopefully, one of these steps will help you get your battery charging again! Good luck! 😊
- andrei neaguAug 11, 2024 · a year agoAs an expert from BYDFi, I can help you troubleshoot the non-charging battery issue on your Ledger Nano X. First, check if the USB cable is properly connected to both the device and the power source. Sometimes, a loose connection can cause charging problems. If the cable is securely connected and the battery still doesn't charge, try using a different USB cable or power adapter to rule out any issues with the current setup. Additionally, make sure that the USB port you're using is functioning properly. You can test this by connecting another device to the same port and checking if it charges. If none of these steps work, it's recommended to contact Ledger support for further assistance. They have a dedicated team to help with hardware-related issues and can provide you with the best solution for your non-charging battery problem.
