Open iTunes again. It will create a new iTunes Library file and rescan your library, including the newly added cryptocurrency files.   If you're using a Mac, you can force iTunes to rescan your cryptocurrency library by holding down the Option key while launching iTunes. A dialog box will appear asking you to choose an iTunes library. Select the library where your cryptocurrency files are stored, and iTunes will rescan that library and update its contents.
