I am having trouble with Google Authenticator not working properly with my cryptocurrency exchange account. Whenever I try to log in, the codes generated by Google Authenticator do not seem to work. How can I resolve this issue and regain access to my account?

One possible solution is to make sure that the time on your device is synchronized with the internet. Google Authenticator relies on accurate time to generate the correct codes. You can do this by going to the settings of your device and enabling automatic time synchronization. Once the time is synchronized, try logging in again and see if the issue is resolved.

Another solution is to disable and re-enable two-factor authentication on your cryptocurrency exchange account. This can be done by logging into your account and navigating to the security settings. Look for the option to manage two-factor authentication and disable it. After disabling it, wait for a few minutes and then enable it again. This will reset the Google Authenticator settings and may resolve the issue.
