    I had a similar issue before, and what worked for me was to clear the cache of the Google Authenticator app. Sometimes, cached data can cause syncing problems. To clear the cache, go to your device's settings, find the Apps or Application Manager section, locate Google Authenticator, and then tap on 'Clear Cache'. After doing this, try syncing the time again and see if it works.
