- ekimmssJun 04, 2021 · 4 years agoOne possible solution is to update your GPU drivers to the latest version. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause code 43 errors. You can visit the official website of your GPU manufacturer and download the latest drivers from there. Make sure to uninstall the old drivers before installing the new ones. Another solution is to check if your GPU is properly connected to the motherboard. Sometimes, loose connections can cause errors. Try reseating the GPU and make sure it is securely attached. If the above solutions don't work, you can try disabling and re-enabling the GPU in Device Manager. Right-click on the GPU in Device Manager, select 'Disable device', wait for a few seconds, and then select 'Enable device'. This can sometimes resolve code 43 errors. If none of the above solutions work, it is possible that there is a hardware issue with your GPU. In this case, you may need to contact the manufacturer or seek professional help to diagnose and fix the problem.
- Holck BekMay 09, 2024 · a year agoI had the same issue with my GTX 980 and managed to fix it by updating the BIOS of my motherboard. Sometimes, outdated BIOS can cause compatibility issues with certain GPUs. Check the manufacturer's website for your motherboard and download the latest BIOS version. Be cautious when updating the BIOS as it can be risky if not done properly. Follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer carefully. Another possible solution is to try using a different mining software. Some mining software may not be compatible with certain GPUs and can cause errors. Try using a different software and see if the code 43 error persists. If you are overclocking your GPU, try reverting back to the default clock speeds. Overclocking can sometimes cause instability and errors. Resetting the GPU to its default settings can help resolve code 43 errors. If none of the above solutions work, it is recommended to seek help from the community forums or online communities dedicated to mining cryptocurrencies. Other miners may have encountered similar issues and can provide valuable insights and solutions.
