I've been using the crypto.com authenticator for a while now, but recently it stopped working. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, did you manage to find a solution? I would appreciate any advice or tips on how to fix it.

After some troubleshooting, I found that reinstalling the app and re-adding my accounts solved the issue. Make sure to backup your recovery codes before doing this, just in case.

- mohsin phpNov 16, 2021 · 4 years agoI'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the crypto.com authenticator. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with it, but I hope you find a solution soon. If you're looking for alternative authenticator apps, you can consider Google Authenticator or Authy. They are widely used and trusted by many crypto enthusiasts.
