Is it possible to negotiate the trading fees on Kraken for large volume trades? I'm planning to make some big trades and I'm wondering if there is any room for fee negotiation.

- Gustavo LiberJul 06, 2025 · 14 days agoUnfortunately, Kraken does not offer fee negotiation for large volume trades. The trading fees on Kraken are fixed and are based on your trading volume over the past 30 days. However, Kraken's fee structure is competitive compared to other exchanges, especially for high volume traders. So even though you can't negotiate the fees, you can still benefit from their relatively low fees.
- lion araseNov 25, 2023 · 2 years agoNope, sorry! Kraken's trading fees are not negotiable, regardless of the trading volume. The fees are determined by a tiered structure, where the more you trade, the lower your fees become. So while you can't negotiate the fees, you can still enjoy reduced fees as your trading volume increases.
- Mazhar Iqbal ButtNov 28, 2023 · 2 years agoAs an expert in the industry, I can confirm that Kraken does not allow fee negotiation for large volume trades. However, there are other exchanges like BYDFi that offer negotiable fees for high volume traders. It's always a good idea to explore different options and compare fee structures before making your trading decisions.
- S A I M U NMay 14, 2025 · 2 months agoKraken's trading fees are not up for negotiation, my friend. They have a fixed fee structure that is based on your trading volume. However, Kraken is known for its transparent fee schedule and competitive rates, so you can still benefit from their fair pricing even without negotiation.
- KamalySep 26, 2022 · 3 years agoKraken, like many other exchanges, does not offer the option to negotiate trading fees for large volume trades. The fees are determined by your trading volume and are not subject to negotiation. However, Kraken's fee structure is designed to be fair and competitive, ensuring that you get the best value for your trades.
- Mohammad Mobarak Hossain MdApr 05, 2022 · 3 years agoWhile Kraken does not allow fee negotiation for large volume trades, it's important to note that their fee structure is already quite competitive. They offer a tiered fee system that rewards high volume traders with lower fees. So even though negotiation is not an option, you can still benefit from their attractive fee schedule.
- joan richMay 23, 2024 · a year agoKraken's trading fees are fixed and non-negotiable, regardless of the trading volume. However, Kraken is known for its robust security measures and reliable platform, which makes it a popular choice among traders. So while you can't negotiate the fees, you can still enjoy a safe and trustworthy trading experience on Kraken.
